    "content": "I support this amendment. The punitive measure is too lenient. In my constituency of Endebess, we have people living down in Matimbei and there are those who live up in Salama who have been disrupting the water flow to the lower part. This will be a deterrent for them. I want them to carefully read what Parliament is passing so that they co-exist in The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
