    "content": "Hon. Members, on Wednesday, 3rd November, 2010, during the morning sitting, the Chair undertook to give a ruling on the admissibility of the Motion by the Member for Rangwe, hon. Martin Ogindo. The Motion, among other things, calls upon this House to resolve that the Government continues to use the geographic dimension of wellbeing in Kenya Report published in 2005 in allocating CDF monies in the financial year 2010/2011 until a more objective and consultative survey is carried out."
