Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 13 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting the word “Commission” wherever it appears in sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the word “Authority”; (b) by deleting the word “Commission” wherever it appears in sub-clause (5) and substituting therefor the word “Authority”. Again, it is for the same reason of having a single regulator."
