    "content": "The Energy Regulatory Commission is a very technical organisation and it requires a Director-General who has experience in the sector. It is for that purpose that I have proposed that apart from the other qualifications which are listed there, it is important for the DG to have at least two years’ experience in the petroleum and energy sector.
