Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 16 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting the words “The Commission” and substituting therefor the word “the Authority”; (b) in the marginal note by deleting the word “Commission” and substituting therefor the word “Authority”. This is for the same reason of a single regulator."
