    "content": "The Sergeant-at-Arms carried out investigations and the following facts have been established:- (i) that it is true that the person who was seated in the Press Gallery had a recording equipment which he used for recording proceedings of the House; (ii) that the stranger is a journalist working with the Nation Media Group, who is accredited by the Kenya National Assembly; and, (iii)that the journalist informed the Sergeant-at-Arms that, indeed, he had recorded the proceedings and that he was not aware that it was not allowed without authorization.
