Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 57 of the Bill be amended by deleting paragraph (e)(i) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph― “(i) one person shall be a registered nuclear energy engineer with experience of five years.” The justification is that there is need to have in the Board a director of nuclear power and energy. We need to have someone with experience in this sector. We will propose a further amendment for the person to have experience of some years."
