    "content": "THAT, Clause 79 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “The Cabinet Secretary on receiving an application for the extraction of geothermal resources in respect of any land, may, on the advice of the Commission” and substituting therefor the words “The Cabinet Secretary may, on receiving an application for the extraction of geothermal resources in respect of any land, and in consultation with the Renewable Energy Resource Advisory Committee”."
