"content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, we are legally and politically insulated. This is 2018 and under the new spirit of the handshake, the insulation has gone higher. We are more insulated because it looks like everybody can say whatever they think. I was raising this matter just to bring it to your attention and you have directed me. The Leader of the Majority Party has said that he was invited to speak tomorrow. Looking at the programme, they have written his name in small letters. That tells you how small he is in devolution.
