    "content": "The Constitution contemplates that in order to exercise your voting rights, you need to have an ID card. We have just come from an election and it is important that we do not wait until the next election for us to empower our young people to participate in the process of governance. This is under Article 1 where we exercise our sovereignty directly by electing our representatives. We will be disenfranchising many Kenyans if we do not give them those documents."
