    "content": "One of the items in the Big Four Agenda of the Government currently is manufacturing and creating jobs for the youth. That cannot be achieved if our young people do not have IDs. It is, therefore, very important that we take this exercise very seriously. Otherwise, one of the items in the Big Four Agenda will only benefit people who are already in another class."
