    "content": "Ganze Constituency is rated as one of the poorest, with hunger, poor education facilities and all. As at now, the water is draining down into the Indian Ocean. We need collection facilities and water pans dug in those constituencies so that water can be collected for future use. I support this Motion. Thank you."
