    "content": "There are many ways of implementing this Motion. We do not require a huge amount of resource. We only need laws and regulations. For example, if someone is coming up with a building today, they need to ensure waste water is recycled. Collectively as a people, with proper education we can implement this Motion without resources from the Exchequer. I am aware that in our constituencies we have many seasonal streams. We only need to build small dams at the bottom of these streams and when there is a dry spell we can stop our people from suffering."
