"content": "As a country, we need to find out our basic needs. I have said this because there is one economist called Maslow, who came up with the hierarchy of needs theory. We need to find out our basic needs, as a country. As a country, the most basic need is water. It is good to have the Standard Gauge Railway and a sophisticated transport system in place. However, before we move to those big issues, are we meeting our basic needs? One of our basic needs is water, which is the solution to all of our problems. If we are water sufficient today, as a country, unemployment will be sorted out. Back in our villages, we have youths who are ready to work but they do not have work. If we are water sufficient, we can make our youth busy and produce food that will feed this country."
