    "content": "Thank you so much Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker and thank you, Hon. G.K for giving me a minute or two to also echo the contributions my colleagues have made to this Bill. Water is life and because of that, we cannot do without water. This Bill enhances the fact that we should have storage management systems in place, not only in cities but also in rural areas of this country. We are one very lucky country to have had rainfall almost throughout the year in several parts of the country but we are not making good use of the same water. Lake Victoria is one of the biggest fresh water lakes in this country. All the water which is going to Lake Victoria goes upstream to Sudan and to parts of Egypt…"
