    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I agree with the Leader of the Majority Party. We cannot attempt to challenge the Speaker’s communication, and there is nothing out of order. We are saying that it will be very unfair to charge Members Kshs5,000. The PSC has a budget to facilitate the working of Parliament and Members coming to the Chamber for the purpose of legislation. There is no point charging Members of Parliament Kshs5,000. Therefore, I join the Leader of the Majority Party in appealing for consideration of reversal of that."
