On my own behalf and on behalf of my constituency and the country at large, I send my condolences to the family, friends and constituents of our colleague, the late Hon. Grace Kipchoim, at this difficult time. Hon. Grace has joined the list of our colleagues who have passed on when they are active in office. In the 12th Parliament, the almighty God started by taking our leader and our colleague Hon. Francis Nyenze. Barely a few months later, Grace has joined the Lord."
