I also want to join you and the Leader of the Majority Party in condoling with the family, friends and relatives of our sister and friend, the late Hon. Grace Kipchoim who passed on last week. It was a great shock to all of us and this House has interacted a lot with Grace, but I know the people of Baringo South are more aggrieved than us. Many of us will agree with me that this lady was such a social character.
