    "content": "Programme (ATP), to provide for admission and training as advocates at the Kenya School of Law for progressive students who have attained an LLB degree. This Petition, therefore, stands committed to the Departmental Committee on Education and Research for consideration. The Committee is requested to undertake to hear the Petitioner, consider the Petition and report its findings to the Petitioner and the House in accordance with Standing Order No.227 (2). The Committee is also at liberty to introduce a Bill to the House proposing amendments to the Kenya School of Law Act, 2012 as proposed by the Petitioner. Let us move to the next Order.
