    "content": "In the Bill, the title used is “Energy Regulatory Commission”. This has always brought a lot of questions as to whether it is the same as the constitutional commissions. So, we are giving it a proper name. It is not a commission but an authority. Again, from Clause 122 to Clause 148, it is just the same amendment of deleting “Commission” and replacing it with “Authority.”"
