When you say, ‘materially adversely affected’, you know you are having a new licensee who is going to come and you are giving the Authority the power to determine how much KPLC has, for instance, invested. It is going to affect it because if you are going to take away new clients or take away the clients who KPLC had in their stock, it means they are going to be affected materially. It also means that whatever KPLC had invested in terms of even poles and all that to be able to provide power, will be affected yet they incurred liabilities and they have already invested in that. So, that is going to affect whatever they had in their stock. So, it is the Authority to determine how much is “materially” affected."
