    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I used to be a student of commercial law when I was doing finance and the word ‘material’ is very insignificant in commercial law. You could be affected but not materially significantly. This is an Authority that is going to determine what we are talking about, “materially adversely affected”, if it is not of too much significance then you can leave it. It is the Authority that is going to determine the extent of that. If you are aggrieved, you have an opportunity to go to the tribunal."
