Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 193 of the Bill be amended― (a) by deleting the word “Commission” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Authority”; (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (6) ― (7) The Authority shall review the retail tariff every three years. Initially, there was no period given but now the Bill states that the tariff should always be reviewed after every three years."
