Are you ready to sacrifice lives of Kenyans just because you are getting free military uniforms from Britain and the officers in the Kenya Army are training in Britain free of charge? That is why you are sacrificing Kenyans! Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when the British Army trains on individual ranches, they pay. When they carry out their military exercises beyond the specific area, which is community or community ranches, they do pay. There is a lot of disparities. Why do we have double standards? I request the Chair to refer this matter to the relevant Parliamentary Committee to investigate so that it can come up with its recommendations."
