I want to remind Hon. Mbadi that Hon. Gor Sungu was taken to court for being the Chair of a Committee that investigated the death of Hon. Robert Ouko. It is a very good piece of legislation. This is more about energy. There is an element of the private sector; that whatever actions the tribunal takes, it takes as a corporate entity and not in the individual capacities of the members sitting in theTribunal."
