    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you for the opportunity to make a very small contribution on this very important Motion. First, let me thank the Mover of this Motion for the manner he has presented it to this House. Secondly, let me thank His Excellency the President for the manner he has very gallantly come out to fight corruption in this nation. In addition, I should also thank the Prime Minister for coming out very openly to indicate to the nation that he would not support any individual who is caught in any corruption deals. I would urge the two to continue working together for the interest and smooth running of our Government. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would also like to extend my support to the Director of the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC), Mr. P.L.O. Lumumba who has started so well. We should urge him to maintain the same vigour and spirit and make sure that prosecutions are mounted as quickly as possible. Finally, the best gift the Grand Coalition Government can give to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) is to make sure that by 31st December this year, all of them are settled so that they can enjoy Christmas just like any other people in this country. We want them to enjoy at the end of the year. With those few remarks, I fully support this Motion."
