    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, cases of disappearances are not many; they are very few. But we have put measures in place to enable us know the fate of those who have disappeared. We have even purchased certain equipment to help us know, using their mobile numbers, where the lost persons are. So, I think the issue of disappearance of individuals will be a thing of the past when we put this equipment into use."
