    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, ordinarily, Government regulations require that once somebody absconds from duty, he stands interdicted. Interdiction means you are not performing your duties. Within that period of interdiction, you are entitled to half of your salary. I believe that once this officer had been interdicted, he must be on half a salary. Until such a time when we find out where the fellow is, that is what the regulation says."
