"content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following New Clause 99F Amendment 99F. (1) A person may make an application for amendment of a licence, permit or of licence, certificate. permit or (2) An application under subsection (1) shall be in the prescribed manner and be certificate. accompanied by the prescribed fee. (3)The licensing authority may amend the licence, permit or certificate and endorse it accordingly"
