    "content": "Thank you for this opportunity, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. The interest I have in this House is the interest of the people who brought me here. That is the interest that every Member of Parliament has here. I have said that this Bill is a very important one as far as the place I represent is concerned. So, as the Hon. Leader of the Majority Party says, indeed, he has powers, but he has no powers to oppress the poor and to deny the people I represent their chance. He has no power to deny me my right to represent my people. He has no power. Being a Leader of the Majority Party, he is also a Member of Parliament for Garissa. I am a Member of Parliament for Turkana. He has no power to stop me from representing my people. He has no power."
