"content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion, which was moved by the Committee on Delegated Legislation. We have to take care of our citizens. The only way we can do it is to have enough public participation when we are making laws, especially when it comes to the NTSA. We have been having some problems on our roads in the recent past. When NTSA and traffic officers were on our roads, we had two centres of power. Citizens, drivers, owners of public transport and vehicles were not aware of who is more powerful than the other. In that rush to outdo each other, there were a lot of traffic accidents on our roads."
