It has been happening in Libya and some other countries in the north where human beings… You and I, when we were in Port-au-Prince in Haiti, during the African Caribbean Pacific- European Union (ACP-EU) Conference, know that the matter about trade in human beings came up seriously. A very serious matter came up about human trafficking. People are being ferried from Africa to be sold for labour elsewhere. They go through the waters at the coast and end up somewhere in some countries in Europe. I am sorry to say that even the mzungu is responsible for some of these offences and therefore we must prevent this."
