    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for noticing me. Pole Hon. Maanzo your time is coming, ladies first. I support this Bill because just like my colleagues. Apart from the Coast region where the Kenya Coast Guard Service Bill is being talked about, we also have a similar case in Lake Victoria, the way other Members of Parliament have said, that is, the Migingo issue. The Migingo issue became very hot and we were wondering why our territories are being invaded by our neighbours. I got to a point where I wondered whether our fishermen would stop going to the lake to fish. The women could not get their daily food. The children could not get food just because our waters are not protected."
