Deputy Speaker, I beg to give Notice of the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Community Land Regulations, 2017, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 26th April 2018, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 15(1) of the Statutory Instruments Act and Standing Order No.210(4)(b), annuls regulations 23 and 24 of the said Regulations."
