First, you have passed your condolences on behalf of the National Assembly, which you should not because that is the preserve of the Hon. Speaker or his designated appointee. You have also given another condolence on behalf of the PSC, which you probably are not a Member of. Lastly, you have also asked Members to stand and observe one minute of silence, a power which you do not have. However, I agree with you that this is very serious and I understand because this is a person you probably have served closely being your constituent, and you having a seat which he had served at one point.
