We wanted to make sure that the penalties are filed. After the Chair of the Departmental Committee of Administration and National Security and the Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation made amendments, we realised they had left out the penalty applicable to obstruction or misuse of the powers of search or seizure."
