    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clauses immediately after clause 16— Cyber squatting 16A. A person who, intentionally takes or makes use of a name, business name, trademark, domain name or other word or phrase registered, owned or in use by another person on the internet or any other computer network, without authority or right, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or both. Wrongful 16B. A person who transfers, publishes, or distribution of disseminates, including making a digital depiction intimate images.
