    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think I said in this House yesterday that we are facing some challenges in completing some of the projects that we had started, because there had been a challenge in procurement of some critical materials, especially transformers. We are implementing a crash programme to complete those projects and I gave a date of end of this year, because we are monitoring them on a monthly basis. So, we are trying to complete the started projects by the end of this year, as we implement also the projects for this year. This is because even the money that we have allocated this year has got to be spent. So, as we finish the projects for last year, we also have to start implementing the ones for this year."
