"content": "In this House, Hon. Kamket, people speak on behalf of their constituents. So, he must be either speaking on behalf of his constituents or sometimes on behalf of the party because he is one of the high-ranking members of his party. I do not want Members to insinuate that whenever a Member speaks on the Floor of the House he speaks on behalf of somebody. Otherwise, somebody else will also say exactly that. For example, when you table a Bill in the House, you do so on behalf of someone else yet we know very well that you do things on your own, just like every Member does. Let us leave that for now.
