    "content": "One of the things that came up this morning, during the Committee of the whole House, is the domicile of the Bill. As far as some of us are concerned, it is not about where it is domiciled but rather about having the right laws that put issues into perspective. It is good that the House unanimously agreed to put it under the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government. It is important because it involves prevention of crime and taking action on those who commit crime."
