    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I am still very powerful. I am the Deputy National Chairman of the Orange Democratic Movement. It is long overdue that we passed a Bill on cybercrime. I am very happy because we are eventually dealing with this Bill before we break for recess. A time has come for us to regulate the social media. I am particularly concerned about the issue of extortion. We have young boys and girls who have become extortionists. They extort money from Members of Parliament and public servants, and from anybody else or anything that uses the social media. Unless we regulate the use of the social media, we will have a society with young people who do nothing but wait for money they have not worked for. We cannot encourage that kind of situation in our society."
