    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I was waiting to see who is taking the Speaker’s seat so that I do not mention Mr. Speaker, instead of Madam Speaker. I wish to move this Motion for adoption of the Second Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year 2017/2018 that were submitted to the National Assembly on 11th April 2018, just two months before the end of the financial year, in accordance with Standing Order No.243(3). Once the estimates were tabled, they were committed to the Budget and Appropriations Committee (BAC) as well as the various departmental committees to deliberate on in line with respective mandates and make recommendations to the BAC.
