    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Questions of this nature have been appearing in this House every other day. I am requesting the Minister, so as to save the time of this House and to avoid these kind of Questions coming before this House, to ensure that the implementers; the REA and the Kenya Power and Lighting Company inform the people on the ground, where the projects have stalled and what is happening. That is a very simple thing. You should direct your Ministry to ensure that, that message is passed. We do not have to see such kind of Questions here every other day."
