    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, may I tell the hon. Member that Mr. Adam was overpaid by an amount of Kshs81,759.55 because he was given a salary for the whole of May, June and July. During that time, he was supposed to be on interdiction. From 20th May, all the way to the end of July, he was given salary. That was an overpayment which will be recovered from his salary, if at all, he will be reinstated."
