Whose fault is it that t hey were unable to post Mr. Adam to a school relevant to his subjects? The question here is on the month of November. The Ministry did not pay the teacher the month of November alleging that he did not report to work allegedly still on interdiction. The Assistant Minister again says that by 1st November the teacher was posted to Mombasa TTI. So, was the teacher under interdiction or was he serving the TSC in November? Why was he not paid?"
