    "content": "THAT, Clause 8 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— (a) monitor and oversee land use planning throughout the country; (b) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— (c) prepare reports on the status of land use planning and forward to the President and Parliament as provided for in Article 254 of the Constitution. (d) by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (c) — “(d)publish and publicise the national land use planning report in accordance with the provisions of Article 35(3) of the Constitution.” “(e)encourage the use of traditional dispute resolution mechanisms in land use planning.”"
