    "content": "THAT, Clause 25 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “a regional” and substituting therefor the words “an inter-county”; (b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause— (2) In the preparation of the Inter-County physical development plan, the counties shall form an Inter-County Physical Planning Committee.
