    "content": "THAT, Clause 36 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “publish a notice in the Gazette and in at least two newspapers of national circulation” and substitute therefor the words “publish a notice in the Gazette, in at least two newspapers of national circulation and through electronic media”; (b) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the words “or may not”; (c) in sub-clause (4) by deleting the words “Any person” and substituting therefor the words “A person”.
