Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 52 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub- clauses immediately after sub-clause (6) — “(7) A person applying for development permission shall also notify the public of the development project being proposed to be undertaken in a certain area in such a manner as the Cabinet Secretary shall prescribe.” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
