Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 53 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “and validly registered” appearing in sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the words “and licensed”. The amendment seeks to remove a typographical error. It also seeks to make it aligned to the Physical Planning Registration Act, 1996 which gives reference to “registered and licenced persons” and not “registered and validly registered persons.”"
